Accomodation:

Rooms are booked at the meeting venue for all participants for 3 nights: Arrival: 25 August – Departure: 28 August
If you require an extended stay due to travel arrangements, please indicate it in the form.

Dresscode:

Business casual. Please bring comfortable walking/sport shoes and a jacket/coat for outside.

Cost:

Datwyler will cover hotel and meal cost during the stay at the hotel, including soft drinks, beer and selected wine at the bar until midnight. Any consumptions after midnight as well as other alcoholic beverages such as spirits, prosecco, cocktails, etc. will have to be paid personally.

Transfer to hotel / Directions: Individual transfer to the hotel:

Please book your own flights or train tickets and arrange your own transfer to/from the airport and hotel. We recommend that those arriving by plane take the train and then a bus to Morschach to avoid traffic issues. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from the airport. In most cases, you will need to change trains once or twice (at Zurich Main Station and Arth-Goldau) to reach Brunnen. Once in Brunnen, take Bus 504 (direction “Morschach”) and get off at the “Swiss Holiday Park” stop, which is an 11-minute drive.

Parking:

For the colleagues travelling by car (if possible please use carpooling), you can park in the garage of the hotel. Cost: CHF 12/day will be charged on the overall invoice.

Where to buy a ticket:

The SBB (train) travel center is located below the Airport Center in the Checkin 3 area. The ticket counters are open from 06.15 am to 10.30 pm. Arriving passengers can also purchase tickets from the machines in the customs/arrival halls 1 and 2. There are more train ticket distributors next to the SBB travel centre.
